Associates offers four coaching options based upon the needs of the
organization. These include:
- Leadership Coaching: For the executive who performs well and is adequate for the assignment but wants to move from good to great. The goal is to focus on priorities and exceed stakeholder expectations through focus on a few key leadership behaviors.
- Performance Coaching:
For the executive who is not meeting expectations yet has potential and is
valued by the company. The goal is to modify key behaviors to adapt to the
requirements of the job. This is accomplished by assessments (360's),
observation, and interviews with manager, peers, and direct reports.
- Assimilation
Coaching:
For the executive who has recently accepted a new position or has just been
promoted. The goal is to deliver measurable, high-visibility accomplishments
in the first 90 days on the job. These efforts cement the value of the
executive and validate the hiring or promotion decision.
- Career
Coaching/Succession Planning: For
the executive who is planning to transition to another position. The goal is
to reassess core skills and evaluate new opportunities.
