Before starting his own consulting practice, Daniel gained valuable experience in strategic planning and coaching from his leadership experience as a sales and marketing executive in a Fortune 100 company.

During Daniel's 18 years in the telecommunications industry, he established a track record for meeting client expectations, keeping commitments and attracting and retaining dynamic, competitive teams that consistently reached their objectives. Daniel now collaborates with his clients by offering his skills as a facilitator and executive coach to help them think, plan and act decisively.

Daniel's early graduate work in theology as a seminary student shaped his interest in high ethical standards and integrity based business practices.
